Friday 1 April

0600 Depart from Botanical Gardens

1025 Virgin Atlantic Flight VS75 from Manchester to Orlando

1435 Arrive Orlando. Meet Tour Director and transfer to Champions World Resort –for overnight accommodation

Saturday 2 April

0830 Epcot Centre for a 3 hour workshop ‘Making Waves with a Marine Career’ followed by a day at the park, including dinner. See http://www.disneyyouth.com/youth-education-series/wdw/making-waves/

Sunday 3 April

After an early breakfast, depart for Universal Studios (Harry Potter Land). Spend the day at the park with evening meal there

Monday 4 April

After breakfast - depart for Coco Beach with a stop at the Florida Mall. Dinner at a local restaurant

Tuesday 5 April

After breakfast, depart for the Magic Kingdom for a 3 hour workshop on Properties of Motion. See http://www.englishdaysinfo.com/propertiesofmotion.pdf. Spend the rest of the day in the park.

1500 Leave for Orlando Airport

1832 Depart Orlando on Delta flight DL2058

2110 Arrive JFK Airport, New York then transfer to the Comfort Inn Chelsea

Wednesday 6 April

After breakfast - cruise on the Staten Island Ferry to view the Statue of Liberty

Afternoon in Central Park

Evening meal in China Town

Return to the hotel via the Empire State Building to view Manhattan at night

Thursday 7 April

After breakfast - visit the Intrepid and the Imax Theatre

Afternoon shopping at Macy’s on 7^th Avenue. Dinner at Planet Hollywood

Evening visit to a game at Madison Square Garden – subject to availability, or alternatively the cinema to see a newly released blockbuster

Friday 8 April

After breakfast, free time before transferring from your hotel to the airport by coach

1815 Depart JFK Airport on Virgin Atlantic flight VS4

0635 (Sat) Arrive at Heathrow Terminal 3

Saturday 9 April

0635 Disembark and transfer to Terminal 5

1050 Depart Heathrow on BA flight BA1388

1150 Arrive Manchester

Coach transfer back to Botanical Gardens

Approx 1500 Arrive Botanical Gardens
